Mixed Grill Favorites Podcast -- Stephey Baker
This podcast is 1:04:36.
To be honest, I don't even know how to describe this amazing (and most enjoyable) conversation with Stephey Baker. I had such a great time talking with her and making a new friend. She has some really interesting -- and innovative -- ideas about creativity and balance.
- Go check out her Etsy shop to see some beautiful work. Now. We'll wait.
- We talked a bit about paint sticks. I can't wait to try them!
- Stephey attended the Governor's School for the Arts. Doesn't that sound like an life shaping experience?
- She is a Master-Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy.
- She is a regular contributor to Handmade Spark.
- She is organizing the "Courage to Fly Blog Hop". It's too late to sign up, but please stop by as a reading participant. It promises to be inspirational!
- I've heard this before, but I can never remember it. FEAR = False Expectations Appearing Real.
- You can find Stephey on her blog, her Facebook page, Handmade Spark, and Twitter.

You won't believe it, but I was driving along in my car today and had the thought, "I wonder what Stephey sounds like?" And then I got the email about the blog hop and the link to this podcast and voila! Sound! Yes, I am a shameless fan of Stephey's and it was great to hear your conversation together. Thanks for putting this podcast together Cindy!
You two covered so many great topics. I got tingles when you touched on how we can get imprinted, and also when you talked about how painful it is to live with your insides generating ideas and creative energy and brain blocking it. This podcast was packed full of insight and inspiration!
Thanks!
Kristen

What a wonderful and insightful interview with Stephey. I love her definition of what an artist is. And how even baby steps or taking it easy with intention is still a step forward. This completely lifted my evening as I worked on a new coloured pencil. I am one of the guest bloggers for the Courage To Fly blog hop, I am so excited about it, but nervous to as it's my first blog hop as well. It's going to be wonderful & I m honored to be a part of it. Stephey's upcoming ecourse sounds amazing, I am going to have to check it out. Thanks so so much.
